Rowland v. Mad River Local School District - jury trial in Dayton, Ohio on behalf of a gay guidance counselor who was terminated for revealing her sexual orientation to her secretary.

McLaughlin v. American Airlines - a nationwide class action filed in New York on behalf of overweight flight attendants who claimed that the weight restrictions discriminated against them on account of sex.

McDowell v. Celeste - a statewide class action on behalf of women and African Americans who worked and applied for jobs in correctional facilities throughout Ohio, that resulted in changes in employment practices and substantial monetary awards and hundreds of jobs to African American and women employees and prospective employees.

Brant v. City of Columbus - a class action sex discrimination case that resulted in hundreds of women police officers being hired and hundreds of thousands of dollars awarded.

Brunet v City of Columbus - a lawsuit that successfully attacked the physical agility test that discriminated against women applicants for the Columbus, Ohio fire department.

POER v. City of Columbus - a class action on behalf of African American officers of the Columbus Police department that resulted in a considerable number of promotions, a change in the system of job assignments, an aggressive affirmative action program, and considerable monetary awards.

Johnson v. Orr - a successful sexual harassment case involving the United States Air Force in Columbus.

Thompson v. Thompson - successful sexual harassment case against an Ohio state legislator.

Luckey v. Etheridge - a mandamus action in the Ohio Supreme Court that resulted in substantial monetary awards to school administrators of the City of Columbus who had been unlawfully terminated.

McDonald v. Verble - a fair housing case that was brought in Toledo, Ohio that established precedence for housing discrimination throughout the area covered by the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Scruggs v. Lincoln Management Company - a jury trial in Columbus, Ohio, in which an African American woman was awarded $300,000 because of a management companyÕs discriminatory attempt to evict her, believed to be one of the largest damage awards for a single plaintiff in a housing discrimination case in Ohio.

Payne v. Weirton Steel - a large class action on behalf of women who were wrongfully terminated by a steel company in West Virginia.

Murphy v. City of Reynoldsburg - a case involving racial profiling by a city police department.

United States ex rel. Doe v. City of Cleveland - a False Claims Act case against the City of Cleveland that attacked the City's use of federal funds to enforce federal air pollution laws.

Students for a Sensible Drug Policy v. Petry - a First Amendment lawsuit in which a federal judge required Ohio State University to permit students to put on Hempfest.
